Moving should come with fewer questions.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We ask for 48 hours' notice when possible, but we'll always do our best for last-minute or rush requests.
What if a bin gets damaged or isn't returned?
Cosmetic wear like scuffs or dirt is never charged. A $15 fee applies only to bins with real structural damage (cracked, broken, non-functioning lid) or bins that aren't returned at all.
Is this just for moving?
Not at all. Plenty of people use our bins for kitchen or bathroom renovations, college move-in and move-out, decluttering or staging a home before it's listed, seasonal storage swaps, or just getting organized. If you need sturdy, stackable bins for a week, we've probably got you covered.
What's your service area?
We deliver and pick up anywhere from Quincy to North Plymouth, MA.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Once you're done, just let us know and leave the bins outside — no need to be home when we come by. We typically pick up within 24 hours of notice.
What if I need the bins longer than a week?
Extra weeks are a flat $49, no matter which pack size you have.
